A multi-site, multi-language story

When Awesome CX started working with a Fitness Fashion and Apparel Brand in 2010, they were looking to diversify their current outsourcing providers and were interested in new and innovative ways to support their customers. We started with a team of 10 agents and have grown to over 530 dedicated team members. Awesome CX has also become their “easy button” to ramp up for seasonal sales and new product releases. Each year, we add an average of 200 or more agents to support the fashion season. With teams in Davao, Philippines, and Belgrade, Serbia we support multiple languages on a global basis.

TechStyle Fashion Group (TFG) is comprised of several high- value, membership-driven fashion brands including Fabletics by Kate Hudson and Savage X Fenty by Rhianna. TFG supports a community of more than 5.5 Million active members and is currently valued at over $1 Billion. They are also one of the fastest-growing retailers in the US and are recognized as a Great Place to Work by several publications.

A season ramp story

The Bouqs is a cut-to-order, sustainably sourced, eCommerce flower delivery service. This privately held company employs over 100 employees and has revenue in excess of $60M with plans to expand internationally. They run a very seasonal business with strong demand cycles around the holidays.

When Awesome CX started working with The Bouqs in 2018 we launched with 8 agents. Currently, we maintain a team of over 45 agents with demand spiking to 150 -200 during peak periods. Since 2019, The Bouqs made Awesome CX their exclusive customer support Partner.
